Hi Everyone,
Steve my husband went to the doctor and he is still in remission from a rare leukemia.
Today day is my RB mix Sashas bday. She is 4.
Coco ate some food today and the rash looks better. She developed this rash a few days ago, and the Drs. think it is either a liver problem, a reaction to her High Blood Pressure Medicine, or DIC (Disseminated Intravascular coagulation). I think it is because of the BP meds, as it is getting better since we took her off of it.
She was actually hungry today, and even meowed for food! She will see the vet on Thurs for a PCV test.
It is going to be very hot today.
They are saying record heat.
Please keep Coco in your prayers...

Hi Everyone,
I gave Coco her Epogen shot by myself today.
I was scared i would do it wrong.
Tomorrow daddy sees the Dr to see if his Leukemia is still in remission.
The weather has been in the 90's here.

Hi Everyone,
My Coco is very sick right now and I would do anything for her.
She had a transfusion on July 22nd because her PCV was down to 12%.
I have had Coco since she was young and she has always been my favorite cat.
She has always had asthma and allergies.
When she was 9 she got very sick and the er suggested she be pts.
No one could figure out what was wrong with her.
She had severe anemia then and her fur would come out in clumps.
She also was unsteady on her feet.
The Er vet saved her then she stayed at my vet.
Then when she was 10 she got arthritis.
Those were her only problems until she started getting bladder infections at age 13.
The first infection was with stones that were dissolved with food.
But then the infections would come back within 2 months of being on antibiotics.
She was put on baytril in early 2009 forever because the infection will come back otherwise.
Then in Sept 2008 her kidney numbers were a little high and we found out she had high bp.
She is on many meds now and treatments.
I will do anything for her.
I hate asking for help but my husband has a rare leukemia called HCL.
It is in remission right now.
I had to quit my job when we moved here but am looking for a job.
Coco and my othercats mean more to me then anything else.
If you can help with anything at all it will be much appreciated. Any amount helps. If you can not help financially, please send a prayer our way.
You may call my vets to verify everything, their information is on the right, below the Paypal button.
Thank you so much.

Hi Everyone,
I am new and have never had a blog before.
I got my first cat when I was 11 and have had cats ever since.
My first cat was a male named Frisky that I lived but lost to a urinary blockage at age 1.
I love helping people out and finding homes for cats that no one wants.
I used to save ferals and would like to do it again.
My oldest cat is 18 and very sick.
Her bio is on my page.
Then there is my Meeko who is 10.
I picked her knowing my Stripe was dying of CRF.
Before I got Meeko I got a call she is very sick so my husband went over to where she was at and rushed her to the er.
She was very anemic and had a a heart murmur.
She was 3 months old at the time.
She is now 10 and loves to play.
Then there is Sasha who is scared of people she does not know.
Once she knows you she is very friendly.
She will be 4 in a this month.
Oreo I asked for because she has fcks.
I said I will take the black and white kitten with the fcks if she lives.
No one would have wanted her.
She will be 3 this month.
Then there are my sphynxs.
My oldest sphynx is 2 and she was the first purebred cat I have ever had.
I loved her so much that I had to get 2 more.
People call them nasty names just because they are hairless.
They are great cats and my Cleo is best friends with my poor sick Coco.
